– 15th October for second semester

– 15th June for first semester

– 1st November for second semester

Application

After being selected by their home institutions, students who wish to spend a study period at the Accademia di Belle Arti G. Carrara must submit the following documents within the specified deadline:

Incoming Students Application Form;

Learning Agreement;

– Cv and portofolio (digital version, low resolution, max 5MB);

– Identity card or passport;

All documents should be sent by email to: erasmus.accademia@poliartibg.it 

Selection and Acceptance

Applications will be evaluated based on the portfolio, study proposal, and the overall balance between incoming and outgoing students. The results will be communicated by email within 30 days after the application deadline.

Important

Please note that a minimum level of Italian (A2) is required. All lessons are taught in Italian.

Enrollment

Incoming students who have been accepted must go to the International Relations Office to complete their registration. They will receive a student transcript card with their registration number.

End of the study period

At the end of their exams, students will receive a Certificate of Attendance and a Transcript of Records (certifying the exams passed and the number of ECTS credits earned).

Credit system (ECTS)

The Accademia di Belle Arti G. Carrara follows the ECTS system and applies it in accordance with its principles.

Course study

During your exchange at the Politecnico delle Arti di Bergamo, you will have the opportunity to attend Italian language courses offered by the University of Bergamo.

 

These courses are designed to help you improve your language skills, discover Italian culture, and make your stay in Bergamo even more enriching—both academically and personally.
Classes are open to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced, and provide a great chance to meet other international students.
